The anide analyzes the last modifications to the system of pensions, wich are contained in the law number 20. 255, from the perspective of the demands of the "Comisión de Expertos de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo", acording with the recomendation number 35, ratified by Chile in 1935. Particularly, if the chilean system of pensions is administered by non-profit organizations; the participation of those assured in the management of the system and the contribution of the employers in the financing.
