The teaching-learning of law through virtual assistants: Main findings in undergraduate students

Authors

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present the research findings regarding the use of virtual assistants for the teaching-learning of law in undergraduate students when
taking subjects in-person before the covid-19 pandemic, during the pandemic remotely, and after the confinement with in-person classes. The study compares the results of four case studies developed from 2019 to 2022 at a Chilean university, which reveals the impact generated by this type of technological systems in teaching-learning. The findings demonstrate the benefit of the use of virtual assistants whose results are statistically significant, presenting, in all the case studies, an improvement in the achievement of learning results after applying the different evaluations.
