Focus and Scope

The ReChTO publishes, since 2001, original works on topics of interest related to Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy. The journal establishes a disciplinary dialogue that strengthens and supports the development of disciplinary knowledge, in order to disseminate the knowledge that is generated. The ReChTO contributes to the institutional purpose of multidisciplinary dialogue based on different knowledges, which guide reflection and responses for the various aspects that constitute the development of the country and the region. Its mission is to disseminate research and knowledge about Occupational Therapy and Occupational Science of national and international relevance. And its general objective is to promote research in Occupational Therapy and Occupational Science, in an assessment of interdisciplinarity. The Editorial Committee of the magazine invites professionals, whether academics, researchers and graduates, to present papers for eventual publication. The ReChTO is aimed at national and international audiences specializing in its areas of coverage. And accepts publications in Spanish, Portuguese and English. The magazine publishes every six months, every June and December of each year, and the reception of articles is permanently, via a magazine portal of the University of Chile, under the Open Journal Systems OJS system, which allows to systematize and automate processes.
