Abstract
One studies the effect of the application of snail extract cream in 38 patients with burn scars and skin grafts in the areas of the head, neck and hands, treated in the Occupational Therapy Unit of the Rehabilitation Center of the Aid to Burned Children Corporation COANIQUEM. The creamwould act favoring in the despigmentation of burn scars of and skin grafts, in smaller quantity would improve the texture of the skin in grafting.
