Abstract

In disability as in chronic diseases (diabetes, etc.). We find a permanent condition, it depends on various technological devices but the difference is the inability to easily inserted into a system of production of goods and services a society. The noxa is necessary but not sufficient. Technological and production conditions determine who is disabled and who have a chronic illness. Central to disability is the double-break with the system of production and regulatory systems and cultural values. The position of the movement not call Paradigm Alms. Alms is a one-way exchange of goods, someone gives you something for nothing, whereas the other is not in a position to give back in return. Giving without receiving is considered as an act of generosity. Money, symbolic element central position in society, is what enables and determines exchanges and social positions.
